Payment terms are set out in your quote, invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur charges and may result in suspension of service. Equipment provided on lease remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please notify us as early as possible to change or cancel a scheduled delivery. Cancellation fees may apply where deliveries are already dispatched or where products are custom-prepared.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransGasIndo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
